1 lb. ground beef or turkey (divided into four 1/4 lb. patties)
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Directions:
This is a really simple burger recipe that works well with spicier garlics. Chop up your cloves and onion and mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2-3 hours, making sure to get your grill started towards the end of that time so it’ll be ready.
Remove from the refrigerator, form into patties, and grill to your liking.
